Hey can you really find someone? I don't think he uses the internet..it's my children's godfather, Frank Garcia, full name Francisco. He was in the Navy durinng VietNam and then retired from civil service, and his last known address was Martinez, Georgia in the Augusta region, which is probably where he still lives, if he is still alive, which I am praying he is but the last time I heard from him was in 96 I think. I would love to be able to get back in touch with him if it's possible..

I know that I have used facebook to get in touch with friends from as far back as jr high..now I have three friends that we talk on a regular basis online.

i have some new skills - i think your person and a person Jazz asked me to find are about the only folks i didn't find

and i'm going to try and find both of them for you again

the people i can't find (usually) are ones with very common names and the person asking me to find them - doesn't have enough info about them - age, occupation, a relatives name . . . to differentiate them from all the other "Joe Browns"

or the person being looked for - doesn't want to be found or can't be found - that's when i resort to jail records and obituaries
