If yuh have him workplace, and co-workers links, simply contact them, tell them that a family member abroad needs to speak to him, and that they should give him yuh number or email address, etc .. and him can call collect.
Simple.
Otherwise u ongle ago get inna di mid twisting Stella/Winston discussions.
Oh one adda thing.. duh nuh fool di man sey Canada is all dat an a bag a chips, and DUH, try encourage him fi stay away from the east side, Ontario and di lat.. Betta him guh a Alberta where at least there is true opportunities, or BC where its warmer.

If he works at a bar, the front desk or some other section of the hotel that has a phone, you can call and ask for 'pool bar please'. Then when you get transferred to the pool bar, ask for him.
