KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Opposition spokeswoman on Youth, Sports, Information, Culture and Gender Affairs, Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange, has expressed “profound sorrow” at the passing of former Third World band lead singer, William ‘Bunny Rugs’ Clarke who died in Florida Sunday night.
