JATOO urges members to apply for sub-franchise licences
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Association of Transport Owners and Operators (JATOO) is encouraging its members who operate a Jamaica Urban Transit Company JUTC sub-franchise to apply for the routes that now exist in the system.
