GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) – The Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) said it had increased its security following a statement by the United States Embassy here of “unconfirmed threat information” relating to flights by the Trinidad-based Caribbean Airlines (CAL) destined for the United States.
