BRIDGETOWN, Barbados (CMC) – A magistrate on Friday sentenced two Britons to jail, a woman in her twenties and a man in his forties, for falsely claiming they had been robbed of BDS$35 million (One Barbados dollar=US$0.50 cents) in jewellery and cash from their home in the posh Sandy Lane district, about six miles north of the capital.
