Neighbourhood Watch groups in east Kingston urged to assist police

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- President of the National Neighbourhood Watch Secretariat Rudolph Moore on Tuesday issued an appeal to members of the neighbourhood watch groups in east Kingston to do everything they can to assist the police, following the brutal murder of a 17-month-old baby in the area.
