Migrant vendors cause issues in St Elizabeth - Cops

With raised concerns for the level of crime taking place in the parish of St Elizabeth and identifying areas from which these activities emanate, Commander Anthony Lewis of the Island Special Constabulary Force has warned residents of the parish to beware of illegal vending in the towns as this can be a front for criminal activities.
