A sign hangs from a tree on a property on West King's House Road, St Andrew, Monday, apparently in protest over China Harbour Engineering Company's proposal to build a coal-fired electricity plant to power the Goat Islands port. China Harbour's intention was announced by Transport and Works Minister Dr Omar Davies in Parliament on February 25. However, the announcement has been met with strong objections from environmentalists and concerned members of the public over the possible environmental impact. (PHOTO: BRYAN CUMMINGS)
