A policewoman helps an elderly man across busy Constant Spring Road, in the vicinity of the Transport Centre, last Friday. The man was slowly making way across the street when the light changed to green. However, impatient motorists did not wait for the man to reach the other side of the road before they began making their way through the stoplight. On seeing this, a team of police officers used their service vehicle to block the path of the motorists, following which the policewoman exited the vehicle and guided the man safely out of harm's way.
