GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) – The Guyana Government Monday presented a GUY$220 billion (One Guyana dollar = US$0.004 cents) tax-free budget to the National Assembly. Finance Minister Dr Ashni Singh said the government is also predicting economic growth of 5.6 per cent this year.
