Gov't signs MoU with India for lights at Sabina Park
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller on Tuesday signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will see the Indian Government giving US$2.1 million for the installation of flood lights at Sabina Park.
