THE Opposition Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) says it welcomes the investigations by the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) into allegations of extrajudicial killings by members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), as well as the commitment of the Police High Command to cooperate fully with the investigations.
