Media director for Marketing Counselors Limited, Eileen Lewis, is presented with an award from Danville Walker, group managing director for the ATL Group of Companies that includes the Jamaica Observer, after her company was named the top billing agency during the Observer's 2013 Advertising, Billing and Sales Awards at the newspaper's Beechwood Avenue, Kingston, headquarters yesterday. Claiming second place was OGM Communications, and third place went to Dunlop Corbin.
