HANOVER, Jamaica -- Fifty-nine-year-old Cleon Brown of Auborn Avenue, New York in the United States of America and Chester Castle, Hanover, was on Tuesday, April 1, apprehended by members of the Fugitive Apprehension Team (FAT) and the Mobile Reserve Division at Chester Castle about 5:30 am.
