BASSETERRE, St Kitts (CMC) — A team of experts from the US-based Clinton Foundation Climate Initiative (CFCI) is due here later this month as the organisation seeks to help St Kitts and Nevis in developing a strategy to reduce the cost of electricity on the twin island Federation, Prime Minister Dr Denzil Douglas has said.
