Surinamese families looking toIACHR for judgement in 1982 killings
PARAMARIBO, Suriname (CMC) — Relatives of 15 political opponents of the then Desi Bouterse military regime, who were shot and killed in December 1982, say they are taking their cases to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR).
