Delay in posting US$37m-bond was out of our control, EWI report says

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Energy World International (&lrm;EWI) the preferred bidder for the 381MW natural gas power plant project in Jamaica says it is fully committed to the terms of the licence adding that the delay in posting the required performance bond was “due to circumstances beyond our control”.
