KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Photographs of the Commandant of the Island Special Constabulary Force (ISCF) James Golding and the Commander of the New Kingston Police Post, Christopher Murdoch, were found torn and dumped in a garbage bin in the business district Saturday morning.
