ISCF members were not forced to beg, says Police High Command
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Police High Command on Tuesday denied reports in this newspaper that the process of a merger of the Island Special Constabulary Force (ISCF) and the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has forced ISCF members to become "beggars" .
