Police appeal to witnesses, victims

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The police late Friday issed an appeal to victims, witnesses or anyone with information regarding breaches of the Trafficking in Persons (Prevention, Suppression and Punishment) and Sexual Offences acts to make a report so the matters can be investigated.
