KINGSTON, Jamaica —*Minister of Finance and Planning, Dr Peter Phillips, Tuesday tabled a ministry paper in the House of Representatives, providing more details on proposed changes to the additional stamp duty on alcoholic beverages sold by hotels, which he disclosed in a statement to Parliament on May 20.
