Pan Seared Jerked Tuna Steaks

Here is one of my experimental dishes folks!! I’m stepping out the box with this one. I’ve never had fresh tuna steaks like this before. I definitely wanted to try them in one of my videos. I marinated them in jerk seasoning and then pan seared them and it turned out great!!
