The Clipper Round The World Yacht made its stop in Port Antonio from May 16 – 24, 2014. Executive Chef Collin Brown from The Trident Hotel holds class with Clipper crew members Lawrence Lingard and Ollie Phillips to make jerk chicken during their time on island.
