KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Seeking to dispel Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) claims that most of the funds for drain cleaning in the Corporate Area had been allocated to People’s National Party (PNP) divisions, deputy Mayor of Kingston Andrew Swaby said Tuesday that the technical staff at the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) had determined the critical drains in 29 divisions to be given priority.
