ST JOHN’S, Antigua (CMC) – Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer Friday conceded defeat in the general election as the main opposition Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ALP) appeared headed for a landslide victory a decade after it was booted out of office in 2004.
