KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator A J Nicholson, says that the delay in the payment of $3.6 million awarded to Shanique Myrie by the Caribbean Court of Justice’s (CCJ) should not be attributed to the Government of Jamaica.
