KINGSTON, Jamaica--One of two men who snatched a chain from a woman’s neck in Cross Roads Tuesday morning was collared by citizens and handed over to the police. The man was held after he was chased down Slipe Road and onto Brentford Road. He escape serious injury after police, who were quick on the scene, arrested, handcuffed him and placed him in a service vehicle.
