UPDATE: Tacky High watchman remembered as a good father
ST MARY, Jamaica -- For Samantha Jarrett she has not only lost a father but a friend. The 18-year-old is among 13 children mourning the death of Hewitt Jarrett, the 44-year-old watchman killed at the Tacky High School over the weekend.
