Children killed in fire were locked inside house -- OCR
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Following the removal of the bodies of three children from a burnt dwelling in Westmorland this morning, the Office of the Children’s Registry (OCR) has charged that they were locked inside by an adult who had left the house.
