Sandals Foundation volunteer and management trainee at Sandals Negril, Julianna Musgrove (right) shares colouring duties with Shanakay Johnson, a patient of the paediatric ward at the Savanna-la-Mar Hospital during a Mandela Day outreach activity, last Friday. A team of volunteers from Sandals, Beaches and Grand Pineapple Negril visited the children's ward and played games, read books and sang with the patients there, and also distributed gifts, cake and ice cream. In commemoration of Mandela Day, the Sandals Foundation undertook outreach activities, impacting 470 persons in Jamaica, St Lucia, the Turks and Caicos Islands, Antigua, the Bahamas and Grenada.
