ISA pays tribute to late former council president Lennox Ballah

THE words on the plaque read 'Born to Serve', and according to former colleagues and family members, they accurately sum up the life of the late Lennox Ballah, a Trinidadian jurist who has gone down in history as the first ever president of the Council of the International Seabed Authority (ISA).
