OUTGOING Com-missioner of Police Owen Ellington and retired Deputy Commissioner Jevene Bent have been summoned to appear in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court today, where they are likely to be asked to give evidence in the case against clergyman Rev Al Miller, who is charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
