KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller visited Trinidad on Sunday for bilateral talks with the Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe ahead of the first Japan/CARICOM Summit to be held today Monday, July 28. Simpson Miller and her delegation returned to the island Sunday night.
