CCJ rules against Belize-based environmental group
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC) — The Trinidad-based Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) has rejected an application from the Ya'axche Conservation Trust for special leave to appeal a decision of the Court of Appeal in Belize.
