Turks and Caicos student wins COTA Essay Competition
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- A student of the Helena J Robinson High School in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Martha Bohlale Rakuoane, won the US$1,000 first prize of the Caribbean Organization of Tax Administrators (COTA) Essay Competition 2014, the organisers say.
