KINGSTON, Jamaica – Opposition Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) spokesman on National Security, Derrick Smith says while he is happy with the reductions in major crimes especially murders, several heinous crimes are increasing the ‘fear of crime’ factor in the country making citizens uncomfortable and in many instances distressed.
