This route taxi driver resorts to this most desperate measure of lying under his car to prevent it being towed after the police asked him for his documents in downtown Kingston recently. The man was overheard saying that he had just managed to get the car back on the road. In the end he was allowed to go. (PHOTOS: TYRONE SIMMS)
