PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad - In 2013, this country experienced the lowest number of serious reported crimes (SRC) in 29 years, a fact which is not known or even recognised by most people. This was revealed on Saturday night by acting Commissioner of Police Stephen Williams during a commendation ceremony for the officers of the Northern Division of the T&T Police Service (TTPS) at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya.
