Gunmen fired on the Old Harbour Bay power station from outside -- JPS

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) late Friday said that investigations into an early morning shooting incident at its Old Harbour Bay Power station have revealed that the gunmen did not invade the premises, but had fired from outside the perimeter fence surrounding the property.
