Kellier wants increased NIS membership in light of shortfall
FALMOUTH, Trelawny — Confronted by an annual shortfall of $3 billion between National Insurance Scheme (NIS) benefits and contributions, Minister of Labour and Social Security Derrick Kellier has said that the Government is set to embark on an aggressive national campaign to shore up NIS membership.
