Professor Trevor Munroe, executive director of the National Integrity Action (NIA) wrote to Finance Minister Dr Peter Phllips recently to express his extreme concern about the fact that only a few of the big corporate entities are paying taxes, at the expense of the many PAYE (Pay As You Earn) taxpayers. He urged Dr Phillips to say what is being done to reverse this shame. Here is the full text of his letter:
