'No' in Sign Language Should mean 'No' in any language Says JAD
KINGSTON, Jamaica--The Jamaica Association for Deaf (JAD) says that its main concern about the current Sexual Offences Act, is that sexual predators should understand that “no” in sign language means “no” in any other language.
