Transport Authority denies discussing sub-franchise fees with TODSS

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Transport Authority (TA) yesterday, October 7 announced that the Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services (TODSS) is not among the 30 transport organizations it recognizes and as such, has not held any negotiations or consultations with TODSS regarding sub-franchise licence fees.
