KINGSTON, Jamaica — The island has co-sponsored a United Nations’ resolution to condemn the "violent extremism" of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), and promote the need to block 'travel support' which could allow foreign terrorists to return to their home bases after committing acts of terrorism abroad.
