PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (Trinidad Express) — The Kamla Persad-Bissessar-led Cabinet, out of an abundance of caution and acting on advice from Health Ministry officials, vetoed a trip by a Trinidad and Tobago delegation to attend the annual Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Conference which took place in Cameroon, Africa.
