Frater unfit to collect Walsh award, but fit to party

SPRINTER and athletics administrator Michael Frater told officials of the Courtney Walsh Award for Excellence that although he was in Jamaica, he would not be able collect the Courtney Walsh Award for Excellence at the 10th staging of the event at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in St Andrew last Thursday evening.
