The Jamaica Observer's Sharla Murray collects her first-place plaque for Best Service Agent in the print media category from Damion Mitchell of Marketing Counselors Ltd at yesterday's Advertising Agencies Association of Jamaica 2013 Awards at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel in St Andrew.
