KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) – Education Minister, Ronald Thwaites, has welcomed plans for the installation of solar energy and rainwater harvesting systems at the Edith Dalton James High School, over the next two years, which are expected to significantly reduce the institution’s utility costs.
