WESTMORELAND, Jamaica -- Twenty-two-year-old Eugene Douglas, otherwise called ‘Nepaul’ of Station Road, Little London, Westmoreland, who is believed to have been a member of the Alma Gang in the parish, was sentenced to 40 years for illegal possession of firearm and shooting with intent at the police when he appeared before the Western Regional Court in St. James on Wednesday, October 29.
